A Change For the Better

I can finally say that Emelia is potty trained. I forget how long she has been using the potty regularly, but I would have to say it has been for weeks now. We had a few days of dealing with a number 2 problem, but after getting over that she’s been completely trained. We still put a diaper on her at night and on long car rides for the time being, but she absolutely doesn’t like sitting in a wet diaper. She puts up quite a fight if she has to use her diaper (like while in the car).

We’re both very proud of her and very happy about having one less diaper to change. We still have to help with cleanup, but it is far easier than a messy diaper.
