Misery Loves Company

Whoever came up with “Misery loves company” most likely had kids. Nothing makes taking care of sick kids than a pair of sickly parents. Caitlin was miserable from her cold last week and her ear infection this week. Emelia and I seemed to have gotten sick together. We’re almost back to normal, but now Sue is starting to feel the symptoms. This has turned out to be a trying an interesting week.

Two sick days for Sue to take care of Caitlin, a day off Veterans Day and now I’m home with a recovering Emelia. I have fingers crossed in hope that Friday we’ll be all healthy. Friday is picture day for the girls and I don’t want them to miss it. The date was rescheduled as the last time they tried to do pictures more than half of the kids were out sick.
