Hallelujah

I don’t know whether to be happy or nervous, but the neighbors are moving. The wacko with the dogs put up a for sale sign this morning. I was going nuts when I saw it go up. I had to run downstairs to have Sue see it with her own eyes. Now, we see why she’s been busy around the yard finally getting around to weeding the gardens for the first time this year and mowing the entire yard, probably for the second time this year. It also explains why they finally put some chlorine in the pool to take it from hunter green to a more transparent water.

Now, I’m curious why they are selling. I believe there are two good reasons. One, they finally got her son to move out. The lazy boy finally got his own place. No more late night/early morning weekday pool parties and now more loud arguments between him and his mother involving the words “…waste of four years…” and “…wasted education…” The other is that her husband was forced into retirement. It doesn’t make sense to live in a 5 bedroom house on one salary. Now, we get to see how long it takes for them to sell and to see what kind of family moves in.

Let me know the price of the house. Maybe i’ll buy it. Nahhh,,, on second thought, you will have just gotten rid of one nutty neighbor no need for a second one. Good news for you though.
