Nasty

Call me bitchy, but I can’t believe that I work in a building where it has been about 80 degrees inside all day! The hand that controls the temperature in our building (and most likely all of the buildings on our campus) always turns off the a/c and heat when there is a long weekend. It takes 1-2 days for the building to cool off/warm up after three days of being off thanks to the ancient technology used to control the air temperature.

Today something went wrong and the building isn’t cooling off at all. It was over 80 outside today and the windows were opened to let in the “cooler” feeling air. Seeing as we are required to wear a dress shirt with a ~~noose~~ tie all day it’s been uncomfortable for all of us to say the least.
