Movement

A few times over the past week Sue has started to feel the hint or very light movement. Nothing major, but a light brush felt inside. The last couple times it happened it was when we just went to bed.This is only going to become more common and more pronounced as the last of the weeks go by.
Hopefully, at her next appointment they will do the last ultrasound and we will get a chance to see how big the baby has gotten and maybe even what the sex is.
We know people want us to put together a baby registry, but we are reluctant to do one since we don’t know the sex. Most people judge a baby by it’s clothes. I don’t know how many times I could handle people saying our baby boy looks good in blue if it is a girl in blue, or vice-versa.
I took a few pics of Sue’s belly, but only a handful of them came out okay. And she hasn’t given me the okay to post them yet. I guess I’ll have to take a few more and make sure they are good ones this time. Her belly is growing very quickly now. 136 days to go.

Last night during dinner Sue stops eating her soup, smiles and makes a noise. Very odd behavior for eating dinner so I ask what she is smiling about. She says, “Baby likes the soup.” I guess it started to move enough for her to really feel it once she started eating her soup.
Okay, I’ll post these two pictures for now. They aren’t great pictures, but you get to see some tummy.

hey mrs. johnson, we want to see some pics! we won’t get to see you in person for more than three weeks yet. that’s a long time to wait.

You own me one. She came home and asked me who gave me permission to put those on the website. I puffed out my chest, stood up straight and meekly asked her if it was okay if I could leave them up there.
