Vegetation Removal Part 2
- Posted by Shaun on March 21st, 2006 filed in House
Another afternoon of cutting up tree branches, fixing the fence and pulling down vines over. I feel like I cut that damn bush down three times over. The transfer station wants all branches no longer than 4 feet. So, lots of cutting was in store. I picked up a great hand saw and HD. Make things go pretty quickly.
I took a closer look at the trees in the back and front yards and it looks like I have plenty of work to do yet. There are a number of branched in the front to cut off. The trees in the backyard are suffering badly. They are covered in vines. Some of the trees are losing limbs. Others look plain dead already. Only time will tell which ones we’ll have to have removed professionally.
“The Bush” is now known as “The Stump”:

You can see that we have an actual chimney now:

Hello Shaun,
but i didn’t find your e-mail.
sorry to leave a msg here
You mentioned you wanted to have a start on your Chinese learning.. and I don’t know whether you’d be interested in my website. It’s still under construction but at least I have uploaded 4 lessons on pronunciation. Try it if you want.
By the way .. your wife is very beautiful. The wedding pic is very nice. and I am also a Yahoo Smiley fan.. they’re the cutest smileys in the world.

Thanks for the link. I’ll give it a shot. Pronunciation and tone seem to be key with Chinese. I’m hoping to get them down pat so I can start speaking more than one/two word phrases that only my wife can understand.
