Feifei The Little Man
Huafei is quite a character. He spent last week with grandma, grandpa and Uncle Jason. Yesterday, Amy brought him back home. They both came over for a short visit yesterday. He spent the entire time at our house running around and trying to get into everything.
He loves to climb the stairs. He pounds his hands on the stair above for each step he takes. Then, he runs around the bedrooms since two are empty and his voice echoes. He walks circles on the first floor through the living room, kitchen and dining room. I wonder where he gets all the energy.
When he isn’t running around he is making trouble. Opening and slamming closed the cabinet doors. Opening and closing doors to rooms. Trying to pull on the curtains. Saying “Hi” or “Wei” on his toy cell phone. Trying to push the coffee table around the living room. He was a handful lastnight.
After his running and playing he calmed down and was attached to mom. He was quiet, but wouldn’t let go of her. I figure he must think Amy was going to leave him there with us. She put his jacket on him and he immediately let go and ran for the door. He waved good bye and waited for her to leave.
Another thing he started to do last week was to grab his jacket and force you to bring him out for a walk in the morning. It’s cute and he absolutely loves going outside. The cold doesn’t bother him much and he is bundled up very well. It is now a habit. Grab jacket and tell you he wants to go outside. Every morning.
