Pissed Off

I’m really pissed off right now. We went to the house to take measurements for the windows and rooms so that we can make sure the curtains and carpets we get will fit. We took a stroll through the house and saw they removed all their personal items. No problem. But they actually had the nerve to take out the damn washer and replace it with some piece of shit. I couldn’t belive it!
We signed an agreement that stated the appliances as they are on this date are included in the sale. They can’t swap them out for others. That is breach of contract and can be deemed “bait and switch”. Both of which can be reasons for suing them. Hopefully, it won’t come to that. Our lawyer will be contacting them for a credit. We could tell them we want the original washer moved back in, but we’d rather just have the credit. They could have damaged the old one and this way we get to use the credit to get a new one.
This really pisses me off though!

oh man, that sucks! how annoying. good luck. hopefully it will get resolved nice and easily with a credit and then you can just get a new one.
