Packing Stuff

Thank you BJ’s for all the free boxes. I’ve picked up quite a few boxes for packing our stuff the past couple days. The guy that checks your receipt knows me well now.

Sue hasn’t mentioned anything against me packing so I guess she is okay with it. We have a lot of stuff in our apartment. :-D I want to get a start in packing it all. Books alone take up 6 large boxes. Three of which are about 100 pounds each. I think I’ll ask dad to help carry them. I put them all on the floor so remember to “lift with your knees”. :lol:

The only thing that really sucks about packing is that I have to find a place for all of the full boxes. I have them stacked in a couple places already. And you can only pack stuff you don’t think you’ll need for a month or so. I’ve been burned before. It took nearly 6 months to move last night. I ended up unpacking some things. Oh well.

There isn’t much to report with the house. We are still on target for closing next month. I’ll be with the inspector Friday morning to get the structural and pest inspections completed. I’m hoping that all comes out well. I’d hate to hear something serious is wrong.

I’m not sure what happens after that. I guess we’ll hear back from our lender/bank regarding our mortgage application. After that…?? We’ll just have to see.
