Rough Days
It’s been a rough two days. Yesterday, I spent 9:00-12:00 particpating on an interview panel and spent from 1:00-4:30 in meetings. I didn’t see my desk much, but at least I got an hour to eat and do some work. Today, I was in meeting from 8:45-3:45 straight without a break. No lunch or break. 
I guess you might consider walking to a different meeting or driving to a different building a break, but I don’t. I left one meeting at 12:55 to swallow a sandwich before my 1:00 meeting.
On top of all this Sue’s grandma isn’t feeling well and has been in the hospital since yesterday afternoon. They are thinking of keeping her until Saturday. Old age is really taking its toll on her. We stayed up late talking about this and the house. I couldn’t get to sleep so I stayed up even later. My batteries are slow.
On top of all that we are both kinda stressed a little bit over the price negotiations. We aren’t sure how things will pan out. However, we are sure that the guy wants more than we want to pay. No surprise there. We have plenty on our side though. There are other houses that will become available and we are not in any hurry to purchase. He’ll have to sell eventually.
I’m going to try to take it easy tonight. I’m feeling the beginnings of a cold coming on so I hope to get some rest and get to bed on time. Not sure what tomorrow till bring. I know I have at least one meeting tomorrow and an interview on Monday. Let’s hope things stay this way.
