Wheels Are In Motion

The wheels are officially in motion. We spent about an hour discussing what our initial offer should be and why. We brought some valid issues to the table and our realtor brought some too. She also brought plenty of paperwork to back up her suggestions. We decided what to offer and went through all the necessary paperwork. It surprised us how long we were there; we thought it would be quick, but at least this way we discussed our strategy. Now, we have to wait and see what the owners reaction is.

Good luck to the two of you. I would like to know now that the house thing is is going well, when can we expect the discussion on dependents to fill it up.heh heh I crack me up. Anyway I wish you luck with the offers back and forth. Let the fun begin.
