I got a call last night just after 9pm from Julie letting us know that we are not going to be able to see the house in Voorheesville. The people who own the house decided to take it off the market. We had our doubts from the beginning seeing as the house was way over priced and it was on the market for about 6 months withouth change. At least the Altamont house dropped in price. I get the feeling these people were not really going to sell unless they made loads of money.

Mike was very dissappointed when I called him. He has been trying to get in to see that house for a while now. He would have liked us to get it too since it is only 5 minutes from his house. Oh well. We’ll go see the other Guilderland house tonight instead. He saw this during an open house and liked it. I’m curious to see how big it really is. From the outside it looks too small. The lot is an odd size. 100 feet wide, but 700+ feet deep. Weird.
