Snow, Trees, Mountains

I’ve been spending time this week driving around looking at houses that are for sale. I took a trip from Voorheesville to Altamont using 156 and the view of the mountains were wonderful. I really wish I had my camera with me. It snowed during the morning and during the day and it just clung to all the trees. The view of the mountain from 156 is always great, but with snow covering everything it was picture perfect. I took the same road home just to get a second look.
Last night we left Amy and Mike’s, but went home a different way. I wanted to check out a house that was on the market. It is about 5 minutes away from their house, but it is way on top of a hilly road. The houses on the way up we very nice and probably very expensive. The house we wanted to look at was at the very end. You pretty much drive up the entire hill/mountain to get there.
The house is nice and pretty much in the woods. The road is probably rarely travelled except for the people that live there. I’m a little unsure about the place though. It is right next to a barn and across the street is a horse barn. I’m not sure what kind of smells the area gets to enjoy during the summer. We’ll keep searching.
