Here is yet another amazing person we having living in the capital region. From the news tonight I’ve seen this guy went to the NY State Police Academy to steal a Trooper’s uniform, asked for (and received!!) a car and drove about 10 minutes to Loudonville. There is went to Troop G headquarters to ask them for a stetson (hat) like the one in this picture:
